Peppermint tea
So I've been sick as a dog since Friday night and I've been craving some tea really bad but I hear a lot of different stories and not sure if its safe to consume or not I will be 10 weeks tomorrow . Package says all natural caffeine free .... My question is it really that bad ?.....
