Rude comments

I'm a nurse and I've been trying to get to my uniform shop to get some maternity scrubs because my boobs just can't be contained anymore, but our shop has super weird hours. Working nights makes it really difficult to get in during the right time. Anyway, I was getting ready to leave work when one of the aides says to me, "I'm going to need to to get some maternity scrubs because you're starting to show but someone else is just going to think you're fat." I just said to her that well, yeah, I'm fat too. And went about my business. But it wasn't until I was thinking about what she said that my feelings got hurt. Y'all think this was actually rude of her or am I just being super sensitive? Because Lord knows I've been sensitive lol Has anyone said anything unpleasant to you?
