Does this sound like start of labour? 36 weeks.

Ok. So I've been getting constant menstral cramps so my uterus is contracting. (Not braxton hicks!!!!) constant 12 hours plus. Nothing makes them go, the pressure in my pelvis is increasing, whether babies moved further engaged or what I don't know but my hips and lower back have a constant full ache, feels heavy, my thighs hurt, they feel as if a massive strain is on them. I've had an increase in discharge, not an odd color, lts normal just every now and then a little of yellowy discharge comes out. I was wondering if this was my plug thinning.  Anyway does this sound like the start of something? I'm completely put off by ringing delivery as they made me feel stupid last time. But I know I'm not being paranoid. Thanks!

Idk but I've had everything you listed for the past three days. I'm not calling either because they literally said I'm imagining things and basically I'm stupid. So when I do go into labor at my home I'm gonna call my doctor and say "I'm pretty sure I just gave birth but I'm probably imagining that, huh?"

Maybe phone your midwife/health care professional I cant comment on what it's like to have those symptoms as I was just sick before my waters broke with heavy braxton hicks at 40+4. Goodluck and hope all goes well.

I'm not sure, but keep an eye out for bloody show and start counting the seconds your belly is really hard from contractions and how far apart. Most hospitals ain't interested in seeing you until you are 5-6cm, which can take Days to reach.
