Looks like baby acne. When my LO had pretty bad acne her pediatrician said to use Dove Sensitive skin soap and vanicream 2xs a day (you can order vanicream on amazon). I also used Eucerin Eczema lotion after her bath. It cleared her acne up in no time and we've never had a problem since then.

My daughters pediatrician told us to use regular cetaphil for her baby acne. Cleared up overnight. Apply some to cotton swap and then rinse.

Looks like irritated skin. My baby gets it too and goes away on its own. Comes and goes a lot but normal. Babies just have sensitive skin
