Who thinks/wishes M.L.K. should have been President? If times were different obviously

Why would people not want him as Pres? He was an amazing man

To be quite honest I don't know much about him. Or Malcolm X or slavery. Canada didn't really participate in the slavery of Africans. It was mostly First Nations people. So in school when we learned about slavery it was always about the natives. There was one stop on the Underground Railroad in Canada, and I only know that from watching the Oprah show. Lol. I would have liked to know more, but it's not taught here.

I think he would've been a great president!

But I think if times would have been different he would have been just another minister and never have had to do all the things he did for African Americans. He was in his time for a reason and did so much for America and Americans that without him we wouldn't be where we are today.
