3 make female and intersex although a lot of the time people born and classed as intersex are often raised as either male or female if they prehaps have more female then male reproductive organs or vice versa but sometimes parents prefer to let the child decide once there older and you can undergo surgery to be either male or female but I'd still say there is 3
