Introducing you kitty to baby

Hi folks, any new moms have suggestions on introducing our kitty to our new baby? Our kitty sleeps at the foot of our bed now, and we anticipate having the little one in a bassinet in the room. Kitty is marginally interested in the bassinet, but we pull her out of it whenever she gets into it (2-3 times in the past two months).

I'd hate to have to kick the kitty out of our room, but we are willing to do that and move the kitty to the living room for the next few months.

Any other suggestions?
