Ovulation or sperm

Okay first, I'm on the pill. I had unprotected sex yesterday and my SO came inside me. Today, I've had this clear liquid coming out of me throughout the day so I wore a liner. My question is if it's the sperm from yesterday or is it ovulation? I'm on the pill so I don't ovulate (I don't think anyway) so I'm not sure if that's what this is
