Second attempt to induce.
So went in 4/22 1130pm for an induction.
On 4/23 at 3pm after second dose of cytotec, only .5cm/1cm 90% effaced. We decided it'd be best I go home.
Now they want to try again Wednesday.
Any advice, suggestions?
I'm having a hard time wrapping my mind around doing it again. I was contracting great just not dilating.
39 weeks 2 days. Inducing because of gestational diabetes. Has anyone just gone straight to c section?
I mean, of course I want my body to do its job, and I didn't have any issues except GD which was controlled. I never thought of me as high risk, but realized how dangerous gestational diabetes can be. Last thing I want is a c section.
Maybe I should just suck it up and put my body through that again, and hope for the best?
