I've been at Wendy's for almost 4 years. As soon as I graduated I became a manager. I only get paid $9.50. I love almost everyone I work with but I can't handle the stress and I honestly don't like it. It's the only job I've ever had. But my friend is trying to get me a job at a crew cheese/yogurt factory which will start out paying $14. I already filled out my application and everything. But I'm not sure how to tell my boss, which is like a really good friend to me. And suggestions, tips, help, or advice?? Please and thanks!
