Marry Her or Wait

So I'm 18 and my girlfriend is 19 and I recently got a job that can insure myself, a spouse, and my dependents with free Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance in one year from my start date. Our baby is due on Halloween!🎃

I'm completely in love with her and I want to marry her really bad for the right reasons. I also am going to have a child with her. We live at her mom's house.

I was wondering if we should wait to get married until after I have the benefits, right away, or until we are completely stable.
