Clitoral pain?

Gave birth vaginally 11 days ago , tore on the outside just under my clitoris and above the vaginal hole , have been using padsicles, Dermoplast spray and ibuprofen to ease the pain but today nothing is helping! Today I have been bleeding a lot and passing clots (nothing big enough to compare to a golf ball) but i haven't bled like this since I was in the hospital. If I stand or sit straight up that's when it bothers me the most. Ugh so uncomfortable, anyone have any suggestions as what can help or words of advice?
