With RTF you can refrigerate the unused protion left in the bottle up to 48 hours. Within those 48 hours you can pour the desired amount and heat it up (if your baby doesn't drink cold milk) by bottle warmer, sitting in a pot with hot warm etc.

Store it in the refrigerator. It should day on the bottle how long you can refrigerate for.
