Cereal in a bottle?

I know that people have mixed feelings about this topic. I too have mixed feelings.  I am looking for moms who have given cereal.  Why did you do it?  At what age?  How often did you feed the cereal and how much at a time?

It increases the chance of choking and doctors will tell you not to do it.  It actually isn't a good nutritional thing to do it fills your baby and then they eat less formula or milk.

I started giving my daughter cereal in the bottle around 2.5 months ( which her doctor told us to do) we put it in her first morning bottle and her bedtime bottle. And the rice helps them stay fuller longer. And helps keep the formula or breast milk down. My daughter has reflux and would vomit her bottle up if we didn't put the rice in it.
