Ultrasound at 41 Weeks?

Has anyone had an ultrasound done at (around) 41 weeks? I'm getting one done tomorrow and idk what to expect, or if I'll even be able to keep any photos 😁 They didn't give me photos at my 18 Week Anatomy scan so I'm kind of hoping I'll get to keep these!

I got one at 41 weeks right before my induction- honestly you really couldn't see much because of the baby's size at that point! You might be able to get one of the baby's face depending on how they are positioned, but don't feel sad if you can't really make out much of what you're seeing!

They wanted to give me one with this pregnancy but I refused it because I see no point this far along and why add unnecessary risks to baby. With my first baby i did have an ultrasound done at about 40 weeks and the tech did the 3D and I got pictures. I would never do that now though.

They looked at baby's fluid and wanted to record him trying to take breaths, I saw part of his head but they didn't show me. Was Sooo dissapointed.

I had one it was basically just to check the amniotic fluid it only took a few minutes. They tried to get a profile pic but my hip bone was in the way because she's so low. Good luck!

I had one at 40 weeks and they didn't give me any photos. Literally all the tech did was measurements of the head, stomach and legs to get an estimated size of the baby.
