Early labor?

So my edd is tomorrow and this morning I lost what I'm assuming was some of my mucus plug (lost some the other morning too) and just now using the bathroom I had more snot like discharge ( a lot) and my lower abdomen/back is hurting a little bit.. Could this mean labor is near? I'm a ftm..
