If you have had an abortion do you regret it?

Do you wish you kept your baby? Is it more than what you thought it would be?

I don't regret it at all. It is not something I cry about. I do have questions occasionally. This year was the 5th "anniversary" if you will. It made me realize I would have a 5 year old. In kindergarten. While it hurt a little not to be escorting a mini me to their first day of school, I was happy that he or she didn't have to suffer with me through the trials I have in the last 5 years. The break ups. The heart ache. My joining the military. School. I wouldn't have had time, and that wouldn't have been fair. It wasn't selfish. It was an adult decision to spare a human an awful life with me as their mother. I am not saying everyone who gets an abortion would be a failure as a parent, but I am saying that was what I foresaw, and I couldn't live with myself if I forced an unsuspecting human being to suffer with me.

I most definitely don't regret it. The whole thing has definitely changed me for the better. I could not have and still would not be able to support a child and it's brought my boyfriend (whom I had only been seeing for about a month when I got pregnant) and I closer together. He got to see me at my lowest point, and we rose above it. I had my abortion on June 11 of this year at 11 weeks pregnant. One day I may end up with beautiful children, or I may never have children all I know is when I have a child I want to have the child because I want it not because i had to have it. My opinion anyways :)

I don't regret mine but  sometimes I get sad about it. But I think it was for the best because 4 years ago we didn't have a place of our own. But now we do hopefully some day I will be a mom I'm glad I'm not the only person on glow that had one. If any of you need to talk I will listen I love to talk :).

I don't regret having my abortion. I was just starting college, I was with my ex for six years. I wanted to keep the baby, but after thinking about it I wanted to party and enjoy my college day's. It was a selfish decision I think, but also my ex thought it would be a good idea as well. Needless to say we broke up two months after the abortion, but five years later I gave birth to my daughter. Better situation, better outlook on life and wonderful husband. Everything happens for a reason...

I had an abortion almost a year ago... i wish I had my baby girl, but she wouldn't have made it to term... so sometimes I do regret it, but I know that if she did make it to term, she wouldn't have survived... i love my baby girl and miss her every day ♡

I became pregnant in April of last year and aborted in May. I would've been in the delivery room right now! Sometimes I do feel sad, because our decision wasn't based upon an unwanted pregnancy, it was just bad timing in our lives.  Neither of us had jobs, and my boyfriend had recently become homeless. It was a dark time,  and I didn't want to bring my love child into that environment. Sometimes my boyfriend will cry with me about it, but then we smile because we know it was for the best, and that we will be able to provide so much more for our child when we are ready

I am still having a tough time deciding. I was hoping my tests were wrong but I had a vaginal ultrasound at PP today and sure enough I'm 5 wks along. Scared out of my mind. I am single but have established myself professionally and I'm financially independent. I'm afraid that an abortion may be taking away a life that deserves to live. But am I up to it? How is someone supposed to make such a tough decision like this? I don't even know if I should tell the father. We're friends but I know he doesn't want a(nother!!) kid.

No I was definitely too young and making dumb decisions I couldn't handle at 14 years old Til this day I'm scared to make a baby.
