Labor
Thought I was dying this morning. 4am-7am contractions. Trying to labor at home. Went to labor and delivery and they stopped. Haven't dilated anymore still 2 & 80%. I'm so discouraged. Really feel like he's never going to come. Any safe ideas on how to start labor?
