We want to be married already

My boyfriend and I talk about marriage and having children all the time. The only problem is that he's 20 I'm 19 and we graduated hs last year and still live with parents. We're not stupid and aren't going to elope or get married at court but we just want to be at the part in our lives where we have our own place and can start a family. Were both at community college and have minimum wage jobs. It's so frustrating. I don't know how were going to get where we want to be because we both have a lot of mental stuff we need to work through before we even think about trying to raise children, let alone support ourselves. Any advice???
