Shoulder pain while sleeping?!
Anyone else experiencing shoulder pain while sleeping? I'm already walking up multiple times a night to go to the bathroom, then toss and turn but my shoulders ACHE!! They hurt so badly that I have to heat up a bed buddy and drape them over my shoulders.
This happened almost immediately after I got pregnant and now I'm nearing 5 months.
Anyone else experiencing something similar?
