Going thru a lot and only 7weeks pp
I just recently found out my baby daddy is messaging another girl I've confronted him but denies everything when I can see he texts a lot with her because of my phone bill! Because of all this it's causing a lot of stress and I'm starting to get anxiety attacks!! I just don't know what to do or believe!! Any recommendations on how to control my anxiety??
