Hi everyone! Had a very depressing visit today at the doc. I will start this out noting that I am only working with one side. I had to have a partial hysterectomy due to a tumor developing on my left ovary a few years back. They removed everything on the left down to my uterus. My husband and I have been ttc for 4 years now with no luck. He has been tested and is perfectly fine and all levels are within normal limits. We decided to give Clomid a try, but based on my ultrasounds and labwork, my body did not respond to 200 mg a day for days 3 through 8. They did find note this time around that my follicles are "abnormally small". I was informed that my largest was at 8mm. Doc said I need a minimum of 18 to 20 mm in order to be able to conceive. She recommended seeing a fertility specialist for <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a> since she feels that there is nothing she can do for me, but my insurance doesn't cover anything fertility related, so I am kind of stuck between a rock and a hard place. Has anyone else been told they have really small follicles and still been able to conceive without using <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a>? Or does anyone know of a way to increase follicular size? Any advice or prayers will be appreciated immensely! Sorry to get it all out there. I'm kinda emotionally jacked up right now, so I am not even sure if everything that I wrote makes sense. Thanks y'all!
