Any one else having stomach issues?

Warning tmi lol 
So I'm pregnant with twins and super constipated. But when it comes time to poo (like today) my stomach hurts like all day. I've gone like 3 different times thank goodness but my stomach like really hurts lol ever since being pregnant my digestive system had been all out of wack. Anyone else with me?

my stomach is a huge bowling ball- it's like really extreme bloating-- I think the iron in my prenatals might be backing me up?  I don't know! but this bloating is ridiculous, I look like 6 months pregnant-- I'm drjnking tons of water and actually bought some prune juice .. maybe it'll help get things moving a little-- but man, it's crazy!!

Me! Ill be constipated for days and then really bad tummy cramps and will go a few times. I just want to go normal everyday! 😫
