Does anyone know if a drinking coffee is good when you are trying to conceive. I have heard so many different things. I drink one coffee a day, sometimes two the odd day. Is that amount okay?

It's so hard sometimes lol. I tried to cut it out all together once and only lasted 15 days.

Cut out the coffee.. It's actually not goodie TTC..  Doctors say limit caffeine to 250 mg which Is a small cup a day

Caffeine doesn't help you get pregnant if anything the recommend u try and cut it out altogether or cut down when ttc but I wouldn't worry too much until u are pregnant. There is so many do's and don't's it's hard to know what to believe. Your fine drinking 1/2 cups a day Hun x
