I just found I was preggers 2 days ago 3weeks and some day but I have a question TMI

First 3 weeks to 1 month pregnancy...can sex cause you to have a miscarriage?...me and my SO has sex and it was kinda rough(it was makeup sex) and it hurt when he was trying to put it in and now I'm having cramps in my stomach..I hope I didn't mess anything up...I have a doctor appointment Friday. I'm scared to wake 2morrow morning with a period
