How do you deal with fatigue
How do you all deal with fatigue?
At least 1-2 weeks before my period I get extremely fatigued. I get enough sleep and I make sure to take care of my health and eat right too. It doesn't matter how much rest I get, I just always feel like I have to drag my body through the day.
Any tips or suggestions on how to get through the PMS fatigue? Or share a story about how you get through yours
