I recently found out my husband and I are expecting our first child.  By calculating from the day of my LMP I am just a few days over 4 weeks pregnant. My breasts were slightly tender,however, this is resolving. I have some mild cramping.  I also feel fatigued. I am starting to worry because my symptoms are not in full swing. We see the doctor in one week. Any advice?
