I need coffee!
Is anyone else having trouble giving coffee up all together? I have limited my intake to half a cup in the morning and some days, I don't drink any at all. I did my research and continue to do so because I always feel guilty drinking it, which is why I won't even finish a cup. Working my way to cutting back all together, but most importantly, listening to my body each time I do drink it. 🙂
In case anyone is wondering - decaffeinated coffee is more toxic than caffeine due to the chemical decaffeination process -
