Complex cyst is the main concern at this point, it could be anything from PCOS, endometriosis, cancer, fluid filled, malignant cyst, scar tissue or absolutely nothing. Good news if you're TTC they can treat this and you can likely get pregnant with a little help. Best of luck sweetie.

What day in your cycle was this taken? I'd say it's clear you have abnormal cysts on your ovaries for sure but your uterin lining I think should be around 8 mm by ovulation so it might be too thin if you are post O but I am not 100% on the thickness you want it to be post O
