Please do not get this piercing !! I've had to have surgery

I'm posting this just to tell people how much pain and danger this piercing has caused me and why you shouldn't get it .. I had my rook pierced a few weeks ago and woke up one morning to it swollen and throbbing , I thought it was nothing but within the next few days my ear was getting so swollen my piercing was embedding into my skin and leaking pus 24/7 . I was in so much pain and felt like my ear was going to fall off . I then went to a piercer to get the piercing removed which was so painful .. and was then sent to the doctors , I was put on antibiotics and pain pills and told if it wasn't any better by the morning to come back , in which I did .. they took blood , and I was running a high fever , so they then sent me over to the ear, nose, and throat doctor where I was told I had an infection so bad I needed surgery immediately that day . I was so upset , and was then sent to the hospital, where I was hooked up to an iv and given so much medicine .. I was then taken into surgery where I woke up in pain .. I'm so tired and ever saw this coming , now because of this I may have ear deformation .. I'm on 6 medications and an being sent back to the doctors in the morning . before anyone decides to get this piercing please read this and take this into consideration.
