How did you guys tell your S/O the news? Post your stories!! 💞

He didn't want to test for a little longer but I told him I really thought it was a good idea. He caved. I took a test as soon as we got home, and we nervously waited the three minutes before we even looked. I came out holding the positive test. He cried. We took 2 more withing 24 hours lol

Scheduled a photoshoot with a photographer and gave him a onesie and the tests and had him open it during the shoot. Now I have pictures to remember the moment! 😍

I put a binkey in a gift bag and woke him up before I went to work so he could open it. I normally give him gifts randomly so it wasnt anything new to him. He opened it and couldn't speak for a min or so. He was so shocked! He then said "you're pregnant?!" He was so happy :)

This is how I told my hubby

I tested immediately after my husband left for work and got my BFP. After sweating profusely I got ready for work. After work I went to the store and got a huge "CONGRATS!!" Balloon with 4 red balloons. I tied them on the bed post of our bed with my test in an envelope that read "open me". I set up a video camera on the opposite side of the balloons and hit the record button when I saw him in the drive way and ran downstairs to pretend I was getting dinner ready. When he walked in I made small talk for about 45 seconds then asked him to go upstairs to get my phone bc I had to call the mechanic about our car. He went up stairs and I heard him say " what's all this?!" "What's in the envelope?!" "Why are there balloons up here!?" "Is that a camera?!".... I'm like geeeze man, just open the dang envelope.... Then after I heard the paper rip from the envelope I went upstairs and he asked another question...." Are you, are....are you pregnant??!" I said yep!!!! And then he said "oh, ok I see it now"( he had the test upside down) then we hugged and laughed, I cried, his smile was ear to ear.....then he pointed to the camera and asked " is that thing on, lol?" I said yep!

I sent my husband on a scavenger hunt. Each place he went to had a treat for him. The final place was at the cemetery where his dad was buried. (I never got to meet his dad.) I pulled up with a friend that recorded it all and took pictures. (Which he had no idea someone was in the car with me.) I gave him a speech about his dad and my papa being our angels and how we are blessed. I handed him a box that had pregnancy test in it. After he opened it, he did not believe since I do have pcos and we have been trying for months. Of course, when we got home I had to use another test to show him I wasn't playing a joke. :) We are due September 5th with our little baby boy!!

My husband was out of state working when I found out! His birthday was coming up in a couple of weeks, so I told him I had an early birthday present for him! I bought a jewelry(bracelet) box and put the test in it! He was in complete SHOCK! We had only tried once, so it was a huge surprise for him.. I guess he thought it'd take a little more than once!!😂😂😂

Since ours wasn't planned at all (we were only together 4 months before I got pregnant and I had the depo shot) I told him on our 5 month anniversary which was when I found out. I was so scared of what he'd think and say so I was nervous and on edge and I texted him that we needed to talk when he got home from work. He said he was literally on edge all day and had already kind of  knew what I wanted to talk to him about since he put it together. After he got home he hugged me and had bought me flowers and candies, I made him dinner and when we went to the room to eat he asked me what I wanted to tell him and I started crying and then he asked me if I was pregnant and all I could do was nod my head. He was so scared and he just hugged me. It was a very emotional month after that just figuring out what we were going to do but eventually we both came around to it and are now as happy and in love as ever! And are so excited to be having our baby boy in September, one month after our one year anniversary 😊
