I might be pregnant and I'm only 20

I'm scared for what's to come if I am in fact pregnant. I had sex with a guy and has it turns out I was ovulating that day. I was only on birth control for a week so it may not have started working properly. I took plan b the next day but I'm really scared that it didn't help me because I was ovulating. I'm terrified right now.
