7 dpo, temp spike??

Question

Could this be a good sign? I don't know much about temping. But today I had quite a spike. I had a dip at 5dpo which I've heard can be a sign of implantation coming and now it's been going back up. I'm still 8 days from AF. Any thoughts? Thanks!
