Success with Progesterone cream to avoid miscarriage?

I've been on progesterone pills for pregnancy. I've taken them every time and it does not prevent a miscarriage- I've had more miscarriages than live births. That said, if your body needs it it will help, but it won't hurt either. It's not a magical pill though

Progesterone suppositories were successful for me.  Not sure if cream would have the same effect.

I've been on the pills since 4 weeks. 9w5d now with no bleeding or any sign of MC but 1st appointment isn't for 2 more weeks so haven't heard heartbeat yet.
