Four follicles

I went in for my 8th day of stimming ultrasound and bloodwork. 4 follicles. 3 on left, 1 on right. WTF. They are small for day 8 as well. 15, 13, 13, and 10. Waiting to hear from Doctor this afternoon. Is it even worth continuing? I know my doctor will encourage us to continue no matter what. I have premature ovarian failure with an AMH of 0.3 at age 31. I have endometriosis which is the cause of my low reserve. I'm heartbroken and really trying to buck up since I need to go back to work now. Having a hard time with it. 😢
