Need another option. Strop club=fine. Lying=not. But if you're the type to get mad at him for going to a strip club, then I can see why he'd lie.

I don't prefer my man in one at all. If I found out he went and lied oh I wish he would there would be so many things gone wrong in this house he wouldn't know where to start to save his ass.

I'd feel like for sure he'd be hiding something.
