What does it mean when your spotting light brown discharge while on period?

I all of a sudden have a really light period but I started to notice a light brown discharge in my flow. I cramp really bad and my headaches are terrible. I've lost my appetite but I'm really hungry. I'm really bloated and super irritable and moody. Should I be alarmed

I usually have brown blood, which is old blood, before my period and after. It's normal.

My entire period (4 days) was brown and kinda thick and I had a migraine the entire time.  It was really weird.    Idk what it could be.
