Calling moms who got pregnant soon after a csection.

I know you are supposed to wait a certain amount of time after you have a csection to get pregnant again but my situation is a bit different than most. When I was 18 I had a cyst on my ovary that ruptured and I had to have the whole ovary taken out. Now my doctor told me I have another cyst on my other ovary and he doesn't know if he would be able to save the ovary. So my options are either spend thousands on ivf and wait until we are "ready" (but who knows when that will be) or get pregnant soon and have another baby then take my ovary out after. I am almost 3 months pp right now and I talked to my dr today and he said that normally he would tell his patients to wait a year but since my situation is different he would be on board with having another one soon.
