I work part time in a retail store, and my fiance is an assistant manager at an appliance store. He hates his boss with a burning passion. His boss always seems to screw him over and makes it a miserable place to work and leaves all the actual laboring work for him to do alone. My fiance is always texting me that he is fed up with the place and wants to leave. I don't know what to do because i can't make it better, and it stresses me out that he says things like that. If he quits, I don't know what we'll do!

It's just hard. How do you ladies help your SO get through situations like this where they can't stand their boss?
