Stater Bros. does a free one as well. Just make sure you order it ahead of time!

I live in Pennsylvania, but if you have a Giant food stores (I think Martins might even be owned by the same company?) They do a free smash cake. Walmart also does one I believe. They're the only franchise stores around me, everything else is locally owned, so I'm sorry if I couldn't be of more help.
