HELP I CANT STOP POOPING TMI

uhhhh I have the need to go to the bathroom sometimes nothing comes out , but other times it's non stop I don't know what it could be ! But it's been 3 days already of this! Any tips?! Or what it could be ?! I'm not going to have my period for another 2 weeks
