Just came from urgent care

So I just came from urgent care because I had a Uti for 1 month and the results was : no uti. I got my blood checked and kidneys to make sure they were okay. I asked the doctor if it's possible it can actually go away on its own and he said sometimes yes. So I'm really shocked. The first two weeks I had it it was smelly urine cloudy and pain in urine. Then I took baking soda and cranberry pills and it releaved it. But I guess it made it go away.. I still have cramps in the abdominal area and he said to get a check up for ovarian cyst?
