I got the implant on the 29th of March my period was due the 1st of April, I didn't get that period and then this month I had 2 days of brown discharge then a day of bright red bleeding I thought maybe a period as i'd had cramping for a week or two. Today I had the worst cramps ever almost that of labour almost contraction like I was in agony it stopped me from walking and made me cry in pain, then this came out and the pain stopped. Have slight spotting now but bleeding near enough stopped I thought maybe a miscarriage but I took a pregnancy test and came back negative. Any one have any ideas?
