Try drinking molasses in some hot tea. It may take up to a couple of months for this to work. It is high in iron and potassium and it will help balance minerals in your body.

Call your doctor! I was like that! I ended up having a ton of polyps on my uterus! They removed them and my periods have been AMAZING!!

umm....like bit warts, I guess that's the best way to explain it. but it seriously fixed my problem! I went from 7 day heavy periods to 4/5 day medium first 2 days and light rest of the day periods. I have never been like this! and my cramps are better! I still have them, but they are better

Drink lors of water, exercise and eat healthy food with lots and lots of iron (meat etc). You may want to try a diva cup? Ive heard great things about that. I used to have a SUPER heavy period and I did swim team (had to change my super plus tampon ever hour or so) but its been about 16 months since I started my period and ive started taking birth control to regulate mine. I did medium dose for three months and needed to move up to high dose and have taken that for a month. It has really reduced my period amount and regulated it. Talk to your doctor
