Bubbly feeling in uterine area?

I have had what feels like bubbles moving and popping in my lower abdomen for about 24 hours. It doesn't feel gassy or intestinal. I know my body and it's my uterus. Anyone know what it could be??

I got this last month for the first time. I was excited as I was so sure it was a pregnancy symptom, then I got really bad nausea so I was like bonus! Next day my period came and it was the heaviest it's ever been for like three days then it finally settled back to normal flow. Was horrible! Massive come down!!! I due AF on Monday and haven't had anything like that again as yet but have had some spotting so she's definitely other way but I'm hoping it won't be as bad as it was last month!!
