I'm sorry for losses I really am. I've opened a few posts with no warning of pictures of previous passed babies during pregnancy. It had a caption of "I'm so happy" "my miracle baby" etc. and it turns out to have passed in baby photos included.  I'm pregnant and I don't want to see that right now . I have nightmares and it disturbed me. Give us a choice of to see it or not.
