Help!
I really need to get fitter because of ttc and for the sake of my future children but I loathe exercise. I've tried so many different types but I just hate it. I find it exhausting while working so hard but it's also boring. I've tried yoga, walking, cycling, swimming, rock climbing, tennis, team sports and aerobics. What do I do? 😩
