5 years no luck. Help please

My husband and I have been trying for 5 years now. I've avoided doctors to save the embarrassment of the guilty feeling of not being able to conceive a child. I had my right ovary/and tube removed in 2012. Dr said it wouldn't be a problem to conceiving. As years passed no luck. I've tracked ovulations, I always kept records of everything. I've done prenatals, preseed, check cervix, etc.
