How sensitive are they ? I'm 9dpo 3 days away from my period is it worth taking or should I wait and get a first response

I had gotten a positive on an 88 cent test from Walmart 5 days before my missed period.

I would get a first response! I got a Walmart brand test and tested with it and I swear it gave me a faint positive. It was equate I believe. Maybe it's my eyes but I don't trust them like I do with first response! Lol. I definitely was not pregnant.
