Has anyone suffered infertility because they used to smoke weed?

My hubs and I were hard core smokers prior to getting pregnant, me for one year and him for about three. And we got pregnant the first month we tried lol so for us it had absolutely no bearing at all! I think it just depends on your fertility and his sperm count. Weed had no effect. (I have stopped after becoming preggie though!! The smell is beyond nauseating lol)

For weed to cause infertility you must have had prior health problems. Weed is the last step in causing infertility .... This is merely anecdotal but I smoked everyday, numerous times a day for the past 3 years and I got pregnant on my first try.

I think this applies more to men and not women yes some studies suggest high usage of weed can cause the sperm to be "lazy" or "disoriented acting" but there are plenty of men with low sperm count due to sodas that have had kids.  And those studies have oftern shown that being off cammabis for 15-30days shows the sperm returns to acting normal.  I think there isa high chance of infertility from cigarettes or alcohol then weed.

Previously smoking weed is not linked to infertility as far as I know. The only thing that can harm your chances at a healthy pregnancy are smoking WHILE pregnant
